School Policy

Our Policy

  • Tuition is due on the first day of each month.  Cash, check, credit, or debit card payments may be made.  You may set up automatic payments with your bank.  Inquire in the office for your account number if you wish to set up auto-pay.
  • Tuition not received by the 10th of each month will result in a $10 late fee. Tuition not received by the 20th of each month will result in a $20 late fee. Unpaid tuition or fees will be referred to an attorney or collections agency, including but not limited to outstanding fees, late fees, and attorney or collections costs.
  • Returned checks will be assessed at a charge of $25.
  • Tuition is not pro-rated.  The tuition reflects an average of all months.  There is no additional charge fee for months with five classes.
  • There are no refunds for missed classes.  Students can make up the class at another scheduled class time.
  • The School requires 30-day written notice for all withdrawals.  One month's tuition will be charged to those for whom we do not receive the required notice.
    • The Lilburn and Grayson Schools of Ballet will be closed for Thanksgiving (Wednesday-Saturday), and for Winter Break, and Spring Break in accordance with Gwinnett County Public Schools calendars.  (Please check the office or the member's area for specific dates.)  When the need arises, the Lilburn and Grayson Schools of Ballet will close for inclement weather.  Please call the office to determine closings.
    • A recital fee will be due for the end-of-the-year recital with February tuition to defray facility rental costs and sets.  This fee is non-refundable.
    • I hereby release and discharge Lilburn School of Ballet, its successors, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, lawsuits, losses, costs, causes of action, and damages of any kind originating or in any way arising from my/my child’s participation.  I  hereby declare that the terms of this  Release have been completely read, are fully understood, and are voluntarily accepted for the purposes of my/my children’s participation in the activities of the Lilburn School of Ballet.
    • The Lilburn &/or Grayson Schools of Ballet have permission to use my child’s name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purpose and perpetuity.
    • When the need arises, the Lilburn School of Ballet will close for inclement weather.  Please call the office to determine closings.
    • Recital costumes will not be distributed if any fees are outstanding.
    • My child has no physical limitations or special needs other than those (if any) listed on the registration card.
